Order processing
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized orders may require 3–7 business days for production and processing.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Shipping methods & transit times
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated transit times:
- Standard: 3–14 business days (domestic)
- Expedited: 2–7 business days (domestic)
- International transit times vary by carrier and destination (typically 7–21 business days) and do not include customs processing.
Shipping rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (when offered) apply only to qualifying orders and selected shipping methods as specified in the promotion.
Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order placement, please contact us.
Shipping address & changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped; otherwise a reshipment fee may apply.
International orders & customs
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- Customs delays are outside our control; estimated delivery times do not include potential customs processing.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
- If your shipment is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If tracking shows delivery issues or no movement, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
- If an order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photographic evidence and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
- For lost packages, we will initiate a carrier trace after confirming the tracking shows no delivery. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on carrier investigation results.
Failed delivery & returns to sender
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Local pickup
- If local pickup is available, you will receive a pickup-ready email when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. Pickup windows vary by location.

- We use reputable carriers depending on the destination and service selected. Carrier choice may vary by order.
Promotions & shipping adjustments
